Reflective Statment

After listening to the relaxation exercise that was required of us this week I feel very relaxed! The man's voice was very soothing and calming. My mind did start wandering when he was talking about the sponge and our blood though. I have to admit I was ready for bed after this exercise and my whole body did feel very relaxed and calm just by thinking about it.

  1. Hey, good job on the blog . I found the persons voice more distracting that anything. However, I did find the background music to be relaxing. Anyways, good job on the blog. You should check out my unit 2 post and check out my YouTube channel. You might like something a little less progressive and a bit more direct. That technique he uses is also referred to as progressive muscle relaxation in hypnosis and I do not care for it much myself. However, many suggest newbies try it out, but I find other techniques to be much more useful.
